WEXER BLOG

Have you ever wondered who the typical user of virtual training is? We have, and so we decided to investigate and find out.

It turns out that women are much more active, when it comes to virtual training, than men. According to the Wexer Virtual Global Consumer Survey 2014, 72 % of all virtual training users are women. Of these, it is mostly the 20 to 40 year-old women that prefer working out with a virtual class.

Our survey also shows that the users of virtual training are typically experienced gym members that work out regularly and have been members of their gym longer than those that haven’t done virtual training at all.

In a nutshell, the typical user of virtual training is a 20 to 40 year-old female, who is a loyal club member and works out on a regular basis.
