SH1FT have released four new full-length workouts this month.. SH1FT workouts blend the best of HIIT with smart functional fitness all based on the belief that hard work doesn’t have to be hard on your body. Workouts use bodyweight exercises and simple progressions that work for all fitness levels.
Every SH1FT workout is themed and the new workouts include:
- SH1FT 101: The SH1FT fundamentals workout. 6 Degrees of Freedom practiced and perfected.
- GRAND SLAM: Tennis inspired HIIT Training – Best of 5 Sets!
- BOLT: Train Usain or Remain the Same! HIIT the track with this sprint inspired workout.
- NO 1MPACT: High intensity functional training – zero impact. Perfect for beginners, still challenging for athletes.
SH1FT will be launching a new full-length workout onto the Wexer platform every month, to ensure fresh new content is always available to gyms. Look out for some fun new themes to come such as W1NTER, the Winter Olympics SH1FT workout – perfect to get class goers in the spirit just in time for the PyeongChang 2018 games!
