Why content is the backbone of your virtual fitness studio

WEXER BLOG

Since virtual fitness burst onto the scene as a new group exercise concept it has evolved dramatically.

We can see this in the quality of virtual fitness installations and of course in the quality of content.

Some of the best clubs around the world are creating cinematic experiences, we’re talking about wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling screen, surround sound and lights that go down to create the perfect darkened room.

With installations improving day by day, the demand for high-quality virtual fitness classes has never been more evident.

After all, why create an incredible virtual fitness space if the class quality is anything less than cinematic?

If you’re at the cinema your surroundings impact your enjoyment, however ultimately, you’re there to see the film.

The same applies with your fitness experience- you’re attending a virtual class to work out, so the content will always remain at the core of that experience.

One virtual class provider leading the way in content production is without a doubt Beachbody.

As creators of popular classes such as Insanity, P90X and PiYo – which have in themselves garnered a cult following, Beachbody have become pioneers in the virtual fitness industry.

Insanity for example, became a brand of its own accord – with over 15,000 Insanity instructors worldwide. Shaun T who developed the program, has evolved a workout regime into an exercise movement worldwide, reaching people that would not usually dream of participating in this kind of class.

And this is exactly why we are working with Beachbody.

Our aim is simple – we want to make world-class exercise accessible to more people. This new partnership with Beachbody represents an exciting next step as we continue to deliver high-quality virtual fitness classes to members around the world.

My top three Beachbody classes and why you should try them (If you haven’t already):
